ROBOCOP : HIYA Glow-in-the-Dark Figure (Halloween Comic Fest Exclusive!) MIB (Available 10/31/20)

I'm not saying that glowing would impede his directives, but I doubt it would help. That said, this is the coolest damned thing. Like a way better version of the Kenner figures.
